SHOW SHUTTLES
Help transport attendees between Pier 94 and central locations in midtown Manhattan. Fee includes shuttle banner signage and the opportunity to distribute promotional materials on the bus.
TAXI LINE
Be the first company to greet attendees as they arrive, and capture their attention in the taxi line at the end of the day. Sponsorship includes signage outside Pier 94 and promotion in the on-site Show directory.
DESIGN SEMINAR (MULTIPLE AVAILABLE)
The New York Times hosts designer seminar panels Friday-Sunday, and welcomes 20+ industry luminaries to speak on topics such as color, kitchens and bath, small-space living and eco-friendly decorating, among others. Sponsor has the opportunity to present/sponsor one NYT seminar over the weekend, and reach a captive audience of 200-250 attendees.
BADGE HOLDERS/LANYARDS
This is your opportunity to have thousands of walking billboards throughout the Show. Everyone will see your company name and logo. Badges will be required for all attendees who are members of the design trade, and optional for the public.
BLOGGER TWEET UP (Multiple Sponsors)
This is your opportunity to be part of the 8 million impressions made last year within the social media reaches--facebook, twitter, pinterest and instagram. Our famous "Mary's and Mimosa's" brunch starts the celebration before the show opens on Thursday with over 250 International design bloggers and continues throughout the day with special access, tours and contests.

One of the most visible advertising vehicles is our dynamic website that sees traffic all year long. The website recieves over 175,000 entrances with page views that near 500,000. SHOW DIRECTORY
The Show Directory will be provided to every guest at the Show entrance, and serves as a road map for attendees during their visit. Sponsor receives the back cover advertisement and on-site bin signage.
OPENING DAY RECEPTION FOR THE TRADE
Help kick off the Show by hosting the interior design and architecture community at the Show’s opening day reception from 5-7 P.M. Sponsorship will help underwrite a festive happy hour with 5-6 hospitality bars around the Show floor, each serving a celebrity designer’s signature cocktail.
ATTENDEE BAGS
One of the most visible advertising vehicles! Your company name, logo and message will be carried throughout the Show, and around town after the event. Sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the Show Directory.
CAFÉ
Cater to the hungry crowd. Sponsor receives opportunity to display café furniture and will have on-site banner and tabletop signage. Sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the Show Directory.
SHOW LOUNGE
The Show Lounge is a hub of action where attendees can relax, network, or enjoy a cocktail. It also serves as the venue for the opening night party. Sponsorship includes on-site signage and a full-page ad in the Show Directory.
SHOW THEATER
The theater will host 3 to 4 major presentations each day, including AD trade day programming and The New York Times Designer Seminar Series. The theater stage is designed and furnished by Giorgetti so this is a turn-key opportunity to have your brand integrated with looped video presentations, on-site signage and additional theater promotion.
